- ↑ "Charles F. Noblit has begun suit against Ella Noblit for divorce. In his petition the plaintiff states that he was married to the defendant January 15, 1901, at Bucyrus, and that two months afther their marriage she gave birth to a child of which he was not the father. He further alleges the she has been guilty of adultery since the birth of the child, has corresponded with other men and done a number of other things not proper for publication. He asks for divorce and all proper relief. The petition is unique in the dirtiness of the alleged facts recited."
