The Mountain Echo, March 21, 1957 Issue: Services Held Tuesday For Mason MORROW.

Mason MORROW, widely-known Marion County citizen, died at the Harper Rest Home in Flippin Friday morning, March 15. Mr. MORROW was born Sept. 9, 1881 in this county and had spent practically his entire life in this area. He was a son of the Grack MORROW and the late Mary Jane KIMBERLING MORROW, pioneer settlers of Marion County. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 19 at the Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church with Rev. M. L. Kaylor officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Ridge cemetery with the Yellville Funeral Home in charge. Mr. MORROW leaves his wife, Mrs. Ara MORROW of the Harper Rest Home; one son, Archie MORROW and one daughter, both of Yakima, Washington; and a brother, Tom MORROW of the Cowan Barnes community.
