Charles Russell "Russ" Loughner, 92, of Larimer, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2003, in Baldock Health Care Centre, North Huntingdon. He was born Jan. 18, 1910, in Paintertown, the son of the late Howard and Barbara Rathgeb Loughner. He was employed by Westinghouse Electric as a core maker, and retired from Westinghouse Power Circuit Breaker Division of Trafford with 36 years of service. He was a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Irwin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Smith Loughner; and a son, Leonard Loughner. Surviving are a daughter, Judith Loughner of North Huntingdon; and a sister, Anna Marie Radford of North Huntingdon.
