Ralls County, Missouri Wills, Volume I, 1824-1872 OSPage: 177 Will of Charles D. Hays I, Charles D Hays, of the County of Ralls and State of Missouri being of sound mind do make and publish this my last will and testament. 

  I give and bequeath to my Father George C Hays Senr, to my sister Anne E Clayton and Andrew C Hays,  Edgar C Hays and Uriel C Hays my brothers the sum of one dollar each.
  I will and bequeath to my brother George C Hays Junior all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal after the payment of my just debts and funeral expences,
  And Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my said brother, George C Hays Junr executor of this my last will and testament.

Given under my hand and seal this 11th day of September AD 1859. C.D.
