  7.   Annabelle W. Forbes, San Bernardino Annabelle W. Forbes, 63, (1914) of San Bernardino died Sunday in a Fontana hospital. She was born in Batesville, Ark., and lived in San Bernardino 60 years. She was a medical receptionist before her retirement. Survivors include her husband, Charles H.; a brother. General Ware of Barstow; a sister, Nancy J. Brown of Wildomer, Calif., and two grandchildren. Services are scheduled for 3 p.m. today in Bobbitt Memorial Chapel with burial to follow in Mountain View-Cemetery.
