Catherine L. McDevitt, 95, of Rutland, Vt. died Friday morning at the Rutland Regional Medical Center. She was born in Rutland, Vt., Jan. 15, 1899, daughter of Charles and Catherine (Gilrain) Mailhiot. She married Andrew G. McDevitt who died in 1958. Mrs. McDevitt was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Survivors include two daughters, Catherine M. McDevitt and Mary Jo McDevitt, both of Rutland, six step-grandchildren, and two step great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her step son, Gerald G. McDevitt. The funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Private burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at Clifford Funeral Home.
