Bruce Allen Moses Bruce Allen Moses was born April 15, 1953, to parents William Jr. and Isabel Ferguson Moses at Monona, Iowa. He was baptized and confirmed at Garden City United Methodist Church in Monona. He attended M.F.L. community school and graduated from high school in 1971. On June 29, 1974, Bruce was united in marriage to Amy Brainard at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. To this union two sons and one daughter were born. Bruce has been an equipment operator for Clayton County for the last 10 years. He also owned and operated Moses Excavating. He died July 3, 1986, as a result of a car motorcycle accident near Warsaw, Indiana. Preceding him in death was an infant daughter, Jessie, who died July 1, 1977. Surviving are his wife Amy and sons Joseph and Jacob of Luana; parents William Jr. and Isabel Moses of Monona; one sister, Joanne Marie Lewis of Chesapeake, Virginia; three brothers, Robert, Thomas and Byron of Monona; and grandparents William and Blanche Moses of Ferryville, Wisconsin, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
