    Bradstreet, fifth son of Andrew (2) and Hannah (Bradstreet) Wiggin, was born in 1676, in Squamscott and resided in that district. He was married in Hampton, August 25, 1697, to Ann Chase, who was born January 9, 1678, in Hampton, daughter of Joseph and Rachel (Partridge) Chase.

    [Note: The surrounding records appear to be recorded in order, and this is the first record of 1675, following the last record of 1674, suggesting the interpretation of the year should be 1674/75, not 1675/76. However this would conflict with the birth of John on the same page 4 Sep 1674. As it seems improbable that they could record a birth in 1676 before any births in 1675, one must suspect that John's birth is in error, but it is not so reported by the various secondary sources cited. The answer is not obvious.]
