Greensboro News & Record (NC) - February 1, 1992 Deceased Name: BLENTON ISLEY BURLINGTON - Blenton P. Isley of 2847 Maple Ave. died Friday at Alamance Memorial Hospital.

Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, of which he was a charter member. Burial will be in Alamance Memorial Park.

A native of Alamance County, he was a retired receiving clerk for Liberty Hosiery and the former operator of a catering service.

Surviving are wife, Mrs. Edith Brown Isley; daughter, Mrs. Karen Ward of Mebane; sister, Mrs. Ruby Felts of Haw River; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

The family will be at Rich & Thompson Mortuary 7-9 p.m. today, other times at the residence.

Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 2331 La Vista Drive, Burlington, N.C. 27215.
