Strayed or Stolen from the Subscriber on the night of Sept. 29th last, a dark brown mare, 8 years old past, with 4 white feet, a star on her forehead, rising of fourteen hands high, shod before, trots and paces most natural to pace when she first starts. Whoever will take up said mare and return her to the owner, or give information so that he can get her again, shall be reasonable rewarded and all necessary charges paid by me.
