Young } This day comes William Young and files his petition in writing and under oath alleging that among others things that he purchased from William Hullett, as the Administrator of the Estate of Beverly Cornelius, deceased, certain lands which belonged to the said decedent at the time of his death, for which he has now paid the whole of the purchase money in accordance with the decree of this Court, and that the terms of the sale of said lands, the said sale having been duly reported to and by an order made and entered in this Court on the 7th day of December 1880; that in report of said sale made by said Administrator on the 5th day of November 1880, the said Administrator made a mistake in the description of a portion of the lands so purchased by the said petition as follows: "20 acres more or less in NW ¼ of Section 32 in T 13 R 1 East", when it should have been described as the W ½ of NW ¼ of SW ¼ and a part of the North West corner of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ containing acres more or less all in said Section 32 T 13 R 1 East", and praying that a day may be set for hearing said petition and that said Administrator, together with the heirs at law and next of kin of said deceased be cited to approve before this Court on said day to show course, if any, why said said Administrator should not be required to make and convey letters to said purchasers, to said land describing the same by the correct description thereof. And he afterwards paid the purchase money in full and in the Report of the payment of the purchase money by said Administrator a mistake has been made in the description of the portion of said lands and was also made in the order of this Court on said Report and the deed made petitioner by said Adm. and now prays this Court for such orders and proceeding as will correct said mistake.
