    "269. Bethia5 Kingsley (Mary4 Washburn, Elizabeth3 Mitchell, Jane2 Cooke, Francis1) born probably in Taunton North Purchase [now Easton] after 5 March 1700/1 and before 5 March 1707/8, died after 13 April 1741. Bethia married in Bridgewater 15 May 1732 William Brett, born in Bridgewater on 26 April 1702, died after 2 June 1741; son of Nathaniel and Sarah (Hayward) Brett. No birth record has been found for Bethia Kingsley. The division of her father’s estate, dated 5 October 1722, names his daughter Bethiah Kinsley. On 5 March 1721/2, Samuel Kingsley was named guardian to Bethia Kingsley and Abigail Kingsley, daughters of Samuel Kingsley of Taunton North Purchase, deceased. In a deed, dated and acknowledged 13 April 1741, William Brett and wife Bethiah of Bridgewater, sold several parcels of land to Ephraim Keith. As the executor for the estate of his father, Nathaniel Brett, William swore to the inventory on 2 June 1741 ."
