Spinster", dated 11 Jul 1755, filed 22 Nov 1768, proved 13 Dec 1768, "I having before marriage to my present Husband Mr John Whitney made an agreem't with Each other to have the Disposition of our Estates Separate", names my children & the Children of My Deceas'd Daughter Sarah Fisk ... to Daniel Child, David Child, John Child, Sam'll Child, Elisha Child, Susannah Child, Eliz'th Stearns & Mary Whitney an equal share; my son Joshua Child £2 more "because of his weakness"; to my granddaughter Sarah Mixer one third of a share; grandson Dan'll Fisk & grandaughter Beulah Fisk two thirds of a share equally divided. Son Dan'll Child to be executor.
