This Court appoint Benjamin Adkins, Jonathan Allin and Jacob Whitmore to distribute the estate, viz: to Rebeckah Plumb, widow, her thirds; to Daniel Plumb, a double share; to Benoni Plumb, youngest son, his single share of sd. estate; and also set out to the widow 1-3 part of the buildings and lands for her improvement during life.
