From the Pioneers of Mass (Fiche 6 P 430 6046669) Benjamin Willson I, Charelstown, inhabitnat 1657; his wife member Charlestown and their son Benjamin II, baptized 1 (3) 1664. Benjamin I, died at sea, inventory of his estate taken 9 Jan 1666.

  2. ↑ 2.0 2.1 2.2 Nathaniel Willson, first son of Benjamin Willson and Elizabeth Sprague, was born ca 1731. Chloe Willson, last daughter of Benjamin Willson and Elizabeth Sprague, was born in 1746. The proposed birth date of 1664 would make him about 66 years old at the time of his second marriage to Elizabeth (Sprague) Doyle, 82 years old at the birth of their last daughter Chloe, and over 108 years old when he died.

    It appears that Benjamin Willson who married Elizabeth (Sprague) Doyle was not the son of Benjamin and Anna Willson born at Charlestown in 1664.
