1 May 1741: It being represented that estate of Benjamin Stetson late of Scituate yeoman Deceas'd can't admit of division between eldest son Matthew Stetson and four daughters, the other sons "Viz't Benj'a & Abijah haveing had there full portions"), viz't Grace Beals Margrett Briggs & Bethiah Powers & Leah Whiton, requested that 10 acres be set to Bethiah and rest to Matthew, he paying Bethiah, Grace, Margrett, and Leah.
