    "S. P. 6:453: Will of Benjamin Scott, Oct. 7, 1683 - presented at court Apr. 29, 1684 by Samuel Tompson & John Bass, witnesses:

    To brother Peter Scott who is to enjoy all my houses and lands till his eldest son is 21 he then to have half of the houses & lands as entailed lands to his heirs forever, or if he dies without heirs to fall to the next heir or child of said Peter, but if Benjamin son of Peter Scott live to enjoy my houses & lands after his fathers decease then he shall pay his brother Peter £10, and to his brother John £5. To my brother Peter all moveable goods and he is to pay as a legacy from me to my brother Christopher Webb's children at age, etc.
