[Note: birth calculates to about 27 Jul 1749. This is before the parents' marriage. But it is confirmed by the gravestone (cited below). Note that there is a birth record in Holden on the same date as the death date given here, cited below. Is this an error? Or is it possible the birth date was put on the gravestone instead of the death date? A birth in 1753 would fit nicely between other siblings without preceding his parents' marriage. With this birth date the age at death would correspond to a death about 17 Sep 1756.]
