"The estate was to be divided among all the brothers and sisters, excepting Thomas, viz., Zachariah, Ephraim, Henry, Joseph, John, and Elizabeth, wife of Philip Fowler. The mother of the said Benjamin was to have the income of the land during her natural life" [ EPR 3:127-28].
