__________________________________ Asa Willey Esq. Judge upon petiton of Roderick Clark of East Windsor in the county of Hartford shewing to this court that he is guardian of Harvey H. Buckland, Jonathan Buckland, 2nd , and Emeline Buckland of Ellington said minors are the owners of real estate in Ellington, viz an undivided 3/4 of the following: House and Land adjoining, used as yard in the front of the house and garden spot, ( describes all the property) in all 10 acres Valued at $250.00 that said premises are under the incumbrance of widow Azuba Buckland Life estate and can not be improved by said minors that it would be in their (minors) best interest to have their right in said premises sold and the avails put on interest or vested in other real estate, as the law directs, -praying for liberty to sell said property for the purpose aforesaid, as per petition. IT IS ORDERED by this Court That said guardian give notice of said application by causing the same to be pusblished in one of the newspapers printed in Hartford 3 weeks successively at least 6 weeks prior to the hearing, and that the hearing will be heard at the Probate Office on the 1st Monday of March next at 9' o'clock in the forenoon.
