    On the 22d of August, 1868, at the residence of his son Oliver, in Portville, N. Y., Asa Langworthy, aged 86 years. Bro. L., at the time of his death, was in fellowship with the church at Little Genesee, of which he had been a worthy and consistent member many years. His surviving friends are comforted in the assurance that he "sleeps in Jeses."
