- To son Henry Smith, slaves: Clement: otherwise called Clem, Francis commonly called Frank, Hannah, Judith commonly called Jude, Jacob, two children of Vick otherwise called Victoria the one named Gregory and the other named Sarah, Young Kate otherwise named Catherine and Bennet otherwise called Ben.
- To granddau. Anne Smith dau. of son Henry, Negro Jane, the dau, of Rachel,

- Friend Henry Digges of Charles Co. and my son Henry Smith, Intrust:, land in Cornwallis's Neck, two parcels, leased for two Lives. By John Pye deceased to Leonard Smith and by said Leonard conveyed and assigned to the other containing 200 acres leased for three lives to myself by said John Pye in trust only to the express purpose that they permit my said wife and my said dau. Dorothy and the survivor of them to enjoy the same.
- I devise two parcels of land on the main road from the dwelling house of Samuel Hanson, merchant., to Bryan Town,, the one of 75 acres, the other of 90 acres to my wife Anne Smith and dau. Dorothy Smith, "I Whereas my cousin Benjamin Smith and myself took up two parcels of land of 20 acres adjoining the land purchased by Charles Green from Wm. Digges and others, I give and devise my right to said Benjamin Smith.
- To son Henry two tracts in Port Tobacco in Charles Co. being part of a tract called Chandlers Hills and part of another tract called Welcome devised by Roger Smith my brother dec'd. to his wife Henrietta, now the wife of Ignatius Wheeler for her life and after her death to me, which land I am in possession of by assignment or contract by said Ignatius Wheeler to Jere Aderton.
