Anna Seaver, "widow of Jonathan," died intestate, and her estate was administered on 6 August 1762 by Ebenezer Seaver of Roxbury (Suffolk County Probate Records, Volume 61, page 64).

"After subduction of charges, a balance remains of the personal estate of L38.4.7-1/2, which by law belongs to Saml Heath, Hannah Giles, Susannah Gardner, Margaret Sever, Wm. Heath's representatives and Peleg Heath's representatives, brethren and sisters of the deceased. £9.14.1-1/4 to each or their legal representatives. Oct 29 1762."
