    From the Jerusalem United Church of Christ's 150th anniversary booklet (1815-1965) that is at the Genealogical Archives, Tuscarawas County, Ohio:

    Philip Kuhn, John Frank Garnant, John George Kuhn, John and Henry Benfer all donated land for the church and helped to build the original in 1815. In 1809 Philip and Elizabeth Kuhn's daughter Margaret Kuhn was the first child born in the church.
