Unlike her female siblings, no husband's name is provided in the paragraphs detailing her's and her children's inheritance. My hypothosis (considering I don't mind a bit of scandal) is that Anna was not married.

Henry Baker's History of Montville says an Ann Bird was one of Alpheus Chapman's heirs - could she be an illegitimate grandchild?
