    BODE, Anna, age 64, of Lynden, passed away at her home Wednesday, March 1, (1950) following a lingering illness. Mrs. Bode had been a resident of the Lynden district for the past 38 years. Surviving relatives include her husband, Gerritt; one daughter, Mrs. Joe Honcoop, of Route 3, Lynden; five sons, Arie and Anthony Schouten, both of Lynden, Rt. 1, Carl and Marinus Schouten, both of Everson, and William Schouten, of Lynden, a brother, L. C. Bovenkamp, of Lynden, and 25 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted, Saturday, March 4, at 2 p. m. within the Third Christian Reformed Church, of Lynden, with the Rev. R. H. Haan, officiating. Interment in Monumenta Cemetery under the direction of the Gillies Funeral Home in Lynden.
