She and her husband, Judson a/k/a Jude Rivers, were divorced (between 1900 and 1910) according to the  1910 census, where she is listed as Bilby, instead of Rivers  and in the 1930 census (Bilby). Curiously the 1920 Census lists her as Rivers again and a widow. Also, the 1910  Clinton  Co  OH federal census states she had 4 children, with 3 living in 1910.  I can't find a record of children anywhere else, nor are any listed in any census with her, or named as survivors in her Oct 1945 obituary.
