{Maybe Anne Biggers} [Anne Willis has researched the John Biggers family of MD, and believes it possible that she was Anne Biggers[b. ca 1658], dau. of Col. John Biggers, grandau. of John Biggers(will 11/12/1675) and Anne ___, of Calvert Co., MD; and that this could be where the Biggers Christian name came into use in the family; at present this is a hypothesis only]

The index is organized alphabetically, by the initial letter of the last name. Within last names beginning with the same initial letter, they are further organized by the initial letter of the first name. These names are then listed from earliest to latest. Both grantors and grantees are included in the same index.
Mobberly (or variants) would therefore be under the letter "M". Ann Mobberly would be under M, and further, under A.
The index for Last Name "M", first name "A" begins on page 304, where the date of the first entry in the index (for Alexander Magruder) is dated 1722.
THERE IS NO ENTRY IN THE INDEX FOR ANN MOBBERLY (OR ANY NAME VARIATION).
