Ann Santee is mentioned in Nathaniel Irish, Sr's will as the mother of his daughter Ann. The mother of Nathaniel Irish, Jr is not named. Perhaps Ann Santee is not his mother. Another descendant has a mother w/Ph.D in history who believes that Nathaniel Sr was not married at all and both his children were from different mothers. She said it is not uncommon for people not to officially marry in backwoods colonial America. She also suggested that Ann Santee might have been mulatto since Nathaniel was from Montserrat.

Genealogy of the Santee Family in America, Ellis M. Santee, M. D., Cortland, NY: Standford Printing, 1899. It looks like a very bare-bones approach and did not mention Ann Santee.
