The marriages in St Mary's, Marlborough, show the following: Ambrose Cox and Alice Heale married 28 June 1604. Adam Cox and Sarah Jeffrey married 29 Jan. 1609-10.

It is possible that either, or neither, of these couples were the parents of Ann (Cox) Morse. Mrs. Holman provided the marriage records, but did not identify either couple as Ann's parents.
