    34:27:3, July 4, 1878.

In Utica, Wis., June 12th, of consumption, Ann B., eldest daughter of W. H. H. and Harmina C. Coon, in the 22d year of her age. She professed religion when but twelve years old, and united with the Christiana Seventh-day Baptist Church, in February 1868. She lived an exemplary life, faithful in the discharge of duty, and zealous for the prosperity of Zion.

She suffered much, especially in the latter part of her sickness, yet without complaint or murmuring, and when the message came she was ready to depart.

Her kind heart and frank, out-spoken manner secured to her a large circle of friends, by whom she will be missed as only a true friend is. The funeral took place on Sabbath, June 15th, and was largely attended. A sermon was preached by Rev. A. R. Cornwall, from Gen. 27: 46, and Psalms 103:3.
