    [Note: assuming there is no birth record because the death was reported before the birth could be recorded, i.e., the birth was in very near proximity to the death date we know. Based on a birth of another child in July 1692, this date then could not be 1691/92 and must be 1690/91. The only record found online is an index which appears to be in date order, and this record is shown between 5 Dec 1690 and 27 Jul 1692, which does not rule out either possibility.]
