When Charles Estes Jordan was killed in the cotton gin, the undertaker that came to lay out his body was Andrew Jackson. He was not married. Later after Victoria had married her second husband (Barrett) they had a son Leroy Barrett. Barrett wanted Victoria to get rid of her two children that she had by her first husband (Jordan) and also send her mother who lived with her off. Victoria sent him down the road and she met again Andrew Jackson. He married her and took on her three children, her mother and then His mother came to live with them and they had three more children.
