Fyler Pulver and his wife Tamma and eight children aged an infant to fourteen years, left Dutchess County New York in early 1845 for a long journey to Jackson, Michigan. Their great, great grandson is William C. Pulver, 421 North West Ave., Jackson, MI 49201. William Pulver researched the Pulver family and their history. In 1987 he offered his research via a letter to the Pulvers.
