OBITUARY: The Morning Press, Bloomsburg, PA, Monday, Dec. 28, 1942

Mrs. R. H. Bardo, aged eighty-six, of Millville R.D. died in the Bloomsburg Hospital at 11:38 o'clock Saturday night from complications resulting from a fall six days ago in which she fractured a hip. The fall was sustained at the home of a son, Ezra, where she had resided since the death of her husband fourteen years ago. Practically all her life was spent in Greenwood township and she was a member of the Iola Methodist Church. Surviving are the following children: Harry, Davenport, Iowa; Ezra, Millville R.D.; Mrs. Alfred Baer, Berwick; Mrs. J.W. Heller, Berwick; Ralph, W.Va. and Orville T. Hilborn Keyser, West Virginia; eleven grand children and thirteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Artman & Eyer funeral home, Millville, with short rites there followed by services in the Iola Methodist Church. The Rev. Earl Kerstter, Millville Methodist pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Millville cemetery.
