Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Ross Henderson Funeral Home for A. Ray Kidd, 110 N. Williams St. The Rev. John Dudgeon will officiate, with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mr. Kidd died Thursday evening in his home.

He was born March 10, 1905 in Fallsbury Twp. to William H. and Jane Babcock Kidd.

He was a lifetime resident of Licking County and was a retired employee of Rockwell Standard Corp., retiring in 1962. He was a member of Local 1037 United Auto Workers, Newark Lodge 97 F&AM, and the American Trotting Association.

Surviving are his wife, Hilda Ashcraft Kidd of the home; three sons: Robert, Edward and James, all of Newark; two brothers: Wheeler, Rt. 1, Utica, and William, Rt. 3, Frazeyburg; a sister, Mrs. Jess Keller, Rt. 7, and 11 grandchildren. One son is dead.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
