- ↑ The birth location was entered by a previous poster citing Ancestry's One World Tree. No birth record has been found to verify this.
- ↑ Phineas' death record (see his page) says he is married, so it appears Almira survived him. The previous entry of 1880 in Green Township is presumably an assumption based on Almira not being found in 1880 census and her residence in 1870, i.e., before 1880. But, unlike Phineas, no death record yields itself to normal searching, so that cannot be verified.
