    26 Oct 1713: John Woodbery of Beaverly husbandman and Alice Woodbery Alias Darby wife to ye said John Woodbery but sometime Relict widow of John Darby late of Marlblehead Fisherman Deceased and administratrix to said Darbys Estate, and John Darby of Beaverly son to ye aforesaid John Darby and Deborah his wife, and Joseph Darby of Glocester Coaster and Sarah his wife, and Jonathan Piper of Ipswich husbandman and Alice his wife Daughter to ye abovesaid John Darby first mentioned, and Jeremiah Hebberd of Beverly Husbandman and Mary his wife Daughter alsoe of ye first above mentioned John Darby, for £15, to Eleazar Ingolls of Marblehead Cooper a small messuage in Marblehead which ye first above mentioned John Darby Died Seized and possessed of as his mansion house.
