    "… Alice Norton, died 1730. … Intentions of marriage were published between Samuel Wallis and Alice Kimball, widow, May 23, 1730, but the marriage probably did not take place, as she died soon after this. Her will was probated Oct. 25, 1733. In it she leaves her property to the ministers of the church, Rev. John Rogers and Rev. Nathaniel Rogers. She also left legacies to her brothers Thomas and George Norton, and to her sister Parsons's children. Her sister, Sarah Norton, married Jonathan Parsons of Gloucester."
