May 14, 1931 Miss Alice E. Henry

    The funeral services for Miss Alice E. Henry, 76, who died early 

yesterday morning at the residence of her niece, Mrs Seaborn Jones, 208 Thirty-fifth street, west, will be held this afternoon at 5 o'clock from the residence. Rev. David Cady Wright, D.D., rector of Christ Church, will conduct the services. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Cemetery.

    Besides Mrs. Jones, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Annie Claiborne, 

and another niece, Mrs. E. Waldeck, of Savannah; four nephews, Theodore Henry, Plainfield N.J.; Arthur and William W. Henry, of Savannah; and William H. Barrett, of St. Augustine. Miss Henry had been a communicant of Christ Church since girlhood. She was a native of Savannah, being the daughter of the late Capt. Isaac Henry, senior pilot on the Savannah river for many years. She was born in July, 1854.

    The pallbearers will be Capt. Arthur Henry, E.P. Waldeck, W.W. Henry, 

L.G. Worth, B.B. Jones and L.O. Knowles.
