Alexandre BOURG dit BELLEHUMEUR, born 1671, son of Francois & Marguerite BOUDROT of Port-Royal. He married around 1694 to Margueirte MELANSON, daughter of Pierre & Marie MIUS-d'ENTREMONT; twelve children. He doubtless had done his studies in France. He was "notaire royal, arpenteur juré et juge." He was at Port-Toulouse in 1752, at his daughter Anne's home, who was married to Joseph LE BLANC. He died at Richibouctou in 1760. Janet B. His sister Anne, age 9, was apparently living with him. !OCCUPATION: Notary Royal at Mines, appointed in 1711 by the intendant of Canada.
