Statement of facts in relation to the Estate of Alexander Gunn, late of Sheffield, deceased - The said Gunn was a revolutionary pensioner & all the property belonging to his Estate as far is known is the clothing which he left, which amounts to but little, and what he may be entitled to from the Govt. as pension-money - the said Gunn it is supposed has left a widow living in Danby, two children living in Danby & two in Chili, all in the State of New York, all of age. The said Gunn for about ten years has not lived with his family, but for the most part has been supported by the town of Sheffield, except during the time that he has received a pension. Four months previous to his decease, the said Gunn has lived in the family of Mr. Obadiah Bush to whom he became indebted for his board - for services during his last sickness. The debts against his Estate are but trifling except for Physician's bills, funeral charges & the amt. due as aforesaid to Mr. Bush. The said Bush requests that administration upon said Estate may be granted to him. - 4 Oct. 1828.

At this Court - The foregoing representation & petition are received & considered and it is thereupon ordered that administration as therein prayed for be [ ? ] hereby granted to said Petitioner, he giving bond for the faithful discharge of said trust.
