Agnes Rose Waltz, 80, formerly of Port Clinton and most recently of Larg o, Fla., died Friday at Parma Community General Hospital.

She was born in Port Clinton to Wm and Marie (Dibling) Klotz. On July 2 7, 1945, she was married to her beloved Robert E "Bob" Waltz who preced ed her in death on March 23, 2000.

Agnes was a tireless and loving homemaker during her years in Port Clinto n. Her true loves in her life were her husband, children and grandchildre n. Her joys in life included extensive volunteer work for her church and c harities.

During her years in Port Clinton, she was a member of the Immaculate Conce ption Church and the Altar Rosary Society. She and her husband Bob moved p ermanently to Largo, Fla. in 1991, where she was a member of St. Cecilia 's Catholic Church and its Lady of Fatima Study Club. Agnes and Bob work ed for many years as volunteers at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, Fla. She al so worked as a volunteer for the American Red Cross and was active with t he American Legion Auxiliary.

Agnes is survived by her children Richard (Trish) Waltz of Denver, Colo ., Kathleen (Alan) Anderson and grandchildren Samuel, James and Abbie Ande rson of Xenia; James Waltz and grandchildren Elizabeth and Jameson Wal tz of Denver, Colo.; and Mark (Joyce) Waltz and grandchildren Brittany a nd Adam Waltz of Broadview Heights; sister Mary (Klotz) Burton of Carme l, Calif.; and several dear nieces and nephews. She was preceded in dea th by her husband, parents and brothers, Wm and Robert Klotz.

Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the Gerner-Wolf-Brossia-Marsh Funeral H ome, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Cathol ic Church, Port Clinton, where the body will lie in state for one hour pri or to the service.

Interment: Catawba Island Cemetery.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Agnes' na me to the charity of donor's choice.
