Gardiner née Jackson from "The Iron Era" Newspaper, Friday, June 25, 1897 (Volume XXVII, Number 31, Page 2, Column 3) "DIED. At Providence, R. I., Monday, June 21, Mrs. Agnes D. Gardnier, daughter of the late Dr. John D. Jackson, of Rockaway, N. J., and sister of Mrs. C. A. McCarty, of this city [i.e., Dover, Morris Co., N.J.]."
