  3.   Many family histories show Abraham as dying in Nauvoo, Illinois. I have never found any proof that Abraham ever visited Nauvoo, Illinois. He died and is buried in Geauga County, Ohio. After his death, his wife Phoebe went to Nauvoo and later died there.
