Abraham Dugard, later Dugger, immigrated to America in 1775 (citation needed).

"Abraham Dugard" was bound out to Beverly Perkins of Richmond City to learn the occupation of Tailor. This apprenticeship was undated but was probably shortly after he arrived in 1775. Apprentices of VA, 1623-1800 by Harold Gill, Jr., p 197:

Abraham Dugger was listed on the 1782 personal property tax list in Henrico Co., VA (which is where Richmond city is located, though later it was made an independent city and no longer part of Henrico County).

No further info on Abraham Dugard, a.k.a. Abraham Dugger.
