Charlotte Helen Abbott, the genealogist of Andover, has coverage of both the Kimball family where Samuel is mentioned p. 9, and a paper covering three separate Foster families of Andover, but offers no clues to Abigail's identity beyond what can be learned from the marriage and death record. (She attributes two children to Samuel and Abigail's marriage, but they are found in the records with other parents, and in view of Abigail's age, it seems likely Abbott simply erred here.) Likewise, Source:Pierce, Frederick Clifton. Foster Genealogy doesn't seem to mention any likely candidates, based on a quick scan.
