Dealer being in the Twenty Second year of my age", dated 15 Jan 1738/39, proved 16 May 1739, names brother George Leonard [land bought of brother Nath'l Leonard, also rights in "iron oar" on land given to brother George by my Hon'd Father], brother Ephraim Leonard, brother Nath'l Leonard [he paying three sisters viz Phebe Abigail & Mary, including legacies Abiel was directed to pay them by Hon'd Mother]. Brother Nathaniel to be executor.
