Birth of daughters, twins Nancy & Polly on January 15, 1807, recorded Worcester Parish, Worcester Co., MD (Original Register held by State Archives)

Worcester Co., MD deeds BK AR, Dec 9 1825, pg. 232: Aaron Driskell to Sally Driskell, for $450, negro Sarah, age 12 years or thereabouts

This Sally Driskell might be Sarah Ennis, the widow of Benjamin Driskell. She could also be the Sarah Driskell named by William Driskell as his sister...deed dated 1809, Bk AA, pg.281. This deed does not tell us what her relationship to Aaron was, but I question whether an unmarried daughter would have $450. to pay for a servant?

Bk AS,Nov 5 1826, pg 302: Aaron Driskell to David Driskell, for $300, land bgt from Fountain/Ann Beauchamp on Feb 27 1813, 100a part of "Safeguard"

Bk AS, May 12 1827, pg. 536: Aaron Driskill to son Thomas S. Driskell, 100 acres "Kinsale" bgt from Moses Driskell Mar 8 1787; 8 acres "Addition to Kinsale" bgt from Benj. Johnson Mar 19 1808; 11 1/4 acres part of "Safeguard" bgt from Chas. Fooks Aug 8 1810.

Bk AT, Aug 13 1827, pg 115: Aaron Driskell to Nancy White now wife of Levin White and Mary Driskell, negro woman Tamer and two beds/furniture.

Worcester Co., MD Orphan Court, Sept 11, 1827 David Driskill John Mezick Matty Cathell administrators Guardian bond issued to David Driskill for Thomas S. Driskill son of Aaron Driskill in the amount of $3,000.00 current money of the United States. Signed: David S. Driskill, John N. Mezick, Matty Cathell In the presence of (Laban?) Sturgis

The above deed and guardian record tells us Aaron died between Aug and Sept 1827. There is no mention of a wife, giving consent, in these deeds so I would presume he was not married at the time of his death.
