On the petition of MOSES B. WILLIS, Jacob Pickleshimer and Sally his wife, HENRY WILLIS, HADEN WILLIS, DAVID WILLIS, ALFRED WILLIS and MINERVA WILLIS infants under twenty-one years of age by MOSES B. WILLIS their guardian, JOHN WILLIS, NANCY WILLIS an infant by JOHN WILLIS her guardian, JAMES WILLIS, Lewis Smith, and Rhoda viz, his wife heirs of DRURY WILLIS deceased, William Chinault was appointed a commissioner to sell the interest of said heirs in a certain tract of land as specified in the said petition.
